Pickup Poo Crew – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Pickup Poo Crew, you agree to our terms and conditions. We provide pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties on a one-time or recurring basis.

2. Payment & Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, tap pay, Cash App, and Venmo for in-person payments.
Prices may vary based on yard size, frequency, and the amount of waste.
Subscription-based plans require payment in advance each billing cycle.

3. Service Time & Additional Charges

A typical visit takes 10 to 20 minutes, but we book in 30-minute increments to allow for thorough cleaning.
If the cleanup requires more than 30 minutes, an additional charge will apply.
Before continuing past the initial half-hour, we will ask for your approval to proceed with extra time and charges.

4. Access to Property

Customers must ensure we have access to the yard on scheduled service days (unlocked gates, no aggressive pets outside, etc.).
If we are unable to access your yard, the visit will still be charged.

5. Health & Safety

We prioritize safety and hygiene by sanitizing tools between each service.
We do not pick up hazardous waste, trash, or non-pet-related debris.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service charge.

7. Liability

Pickup Poo Crew is not responsible for any damage to property caused by existing conditions such as weak fencing, unmaintained yards, or pet-related issues.
We are not liable for pet illnesses or injuries related to pet waste in your yard.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.

Waste Disposal Disclaimer:

We typically dispose of waste in your trash bin as part of our standard service. If you prefer that we haul it away, an additional charge will be applied. Let us know your preference at the time of service!
